North Phieñan is a northern province of Corea. It was formed in 1896 when the former province of Phieñan was divided into North and South Phieñan.
Geography
North Phieñan is bordered by Beihanguo to the north, South Hamgieñ to the east, South Phieñan to the south, and the Yellow Sea to the west.
