Roundels

Geoff said you were the one who decided on the recently added roundels so I should ask you:

Might I suggest that instead of having a tricolored roundel for Sikkim you used the wheel from the flag instead ?--Marc Pasquin 01:33, 29 September 2010 (UTC)
