This will hold proposal until Ferko gives his okay, as Tesla is, per force "his" to decide about. BoArthur 14:00, 7 February 2006 (PST)

Strangely enough, Tesla-Westinghouse also features in one of my own Althists. --Sikulu 00:57, 8 February 2006 (PST)
Really. Proof that great minds think alike. I thought I was new and original; guess I'm just a cheap knock-off. ;) BoArthur 01:17, 8 February 2006 (PST)
Hardly a knock-off. I never realy developed the idea much (too many other things to think about, like China kicking ass) --Sikulu 03:53, 8 February 2006 (PST)

Beautiful! I approve. -- Dalmatinac

Tesla Automobile Division?

Does Tesla-Westinghouse had an electric car division? Or a Tesla-powered car? Or they outsource Tesla car engines? --General tiu 21:38, 11 December 2015 (PST)

The Tesla Generators are massive things, even with the intervening years and miniaturization. They are of such a size and power that they're really only useful powering large tractor-trailers and trains. As for electric vehicles, I don't know. I don't think they've found the push, although one wonders if a certain Elon Musk equivalent, being enamoured with Ecotopianism isn't developing such. BoArthur 13:19, 18 December 2015 (PST)
Dorris Motorworks and Ti Frojta Motorverki are already in the tesla-engined car race. Surely others too.--Pedromoderno 16:29, 20 December 2015 (PST)
If Tesla Generators are too big to fit in a car, perhaps Tesla-engined cars could receive their energy from Tesla coils installed a bit everywhere (at least in some countries). Other possibility is the application of Tesla turbines as car engine. Honestly I need an idea for Tesla-engined Frojt cars. What do you think about this?--Pedromoderno 19:13, 8 February 2017 (PST)
