Port-au-Prince, HAYTI — Amidst heated skirmishes the Louisiannan Peace Keeping force arrived into battle scarred Port-au-Prince. What was left of the Floridian puppet governer, Jean-Bertrand Aristide, was handed over to authorities, persumbably for an ignominious burial.
