KINGSTON — It appears that the fate of hundreds of Cruzan civilians is now clear: human shields. After the threat of atomic weapons use on the part of the Scandinavian Realm, Floridian military officials rounded up no fewer than five hundred defenseless civilians and transported them to various cities around the Caribbean.
