Hmmm. Not bad, but I think something more Imperial-looking would be better - I have this idea in my head that they reverted to the insignia of Dalmatian Hercegovina (ww1), which were quite similar to Austrian imperial insignia (despite the anti-Austrian stance of DH)...

Yes, I think so - but they would of course be 7-pointed stars, that being one of the most important Dalmatian national symbols. Dalmatinac
