Where did you get that figure for Paris-sur-Mizouri? I expect it to be much larger than Jefferson City here, as it is the national capital and a major rail and air hub. I was expecting it to be around a million people, actually. BoArthur

Except that the DC metro area is near a million persons. I think that Jefferson City would be a good trade point with the NAL, but I agree, a million persons is a bit high. ;) BoArthur
