Example of Montreiano and Alta Californio cursive. It is based upon Gothic Rotunda, and shows similarity in form to some of the letters of the Spitzschrift script. Above are two forms, the more ornate formal style at the top, and the less formal day to day form, which is the most typical form one finds in Montréi and Alta California.
