Deletion of Nepal and Bhutan

I have deleted these two nations from the SAN. No work was ever done on these nations after the SAN was formed. Recently I began to create a history for these nations. My perception of the IB history of these two nations takes them out of "India" into the Himalayan sphere. The seven Himalayan nations have gone their own way, entering into a confederacy, a postal union, and a currency union. The Himalayan Confederacy was formed in 1975, seven years before the 1982 formation of the SAN. I notice that Geoff removed the proposal tag, but I hope that my reason for deleting these two nations does not really violate QSS. Charlie 03:08, 4 November 2010 (UTC)
