The Shadow Imperium is a former covert organization of super-powered criminals that thrived in the 1970s and 1980s in the Black Sheep Comics universe. It is currently believed defunct.

Fastlane was once a member, as was his wife.

The married superhero team Night Eagle and Ironstar were killed fighting a revamped version of the organization in the late 1990s.

The hero who claims to be a Greek god Dionysus once infiltrated the group, a fact that makes some still suspicious of him. He rose to be one of the three top executives of the group, a Triumvir.
