- RAGUZA, DALMATIA (APD) - Foreign Affairs Minister Radu Lupul sent a formal letter of protest this week to Fikret Hadzibegović, his counterpart in the Islamic Republic of Sanjak, after units of the "Holy" Army of Sanjak entered Dalmatian territory for the third straight day; and in each case, units of the Dalmatian Border Police engaged the Sanjak troops.
