Germanization

Germanization is a geopolitical term originally used to describe the process of fragmentation or division of a region into smaller semi-autonomous regions that are often amical or cooperative with each other, and ruled by a loose confederation. The term has arisen from the current status quo of the Holy Roman Empire, and the move by allied forces after the Second Great War to ensure a politically semi-neutral entity. South Florida seems to be the latest state to undergo this process.
