Jan - I see you uploaded this file twice, in two different versions. I had done it twice because the image quality wasn't satisfactory at first. But what did yóu do?

The answer to your first question is simple: I pushed the wrong button. The second time I was just undoing what I had done, restoring what I had unwillingly destroyed. My apologies! As to your second question: I know thát much about Hanzi spelling that I would also have believed you if you said that it was about meatballs with tomato sauce. So I can't really be of help there!
