Bán̊glá

The Bán̊glá language (or, Bengal language) is an Indo-European language, belonging to the family of the Indic languages. It is spoken in the country of Ban̊gál and in its four European tributary states: Calcutta, Chandernagor, Frederiksnagore, and Tsjinzoerah. It is also spoken by sizable Bán̊glá-speaking communities in neighbouring countries. All in all, it is spoken by about 165 million people.
